Sophie was lovely and really professional, I would have gave more stars however the other staff let the experience down. I was given an unfriendly welcome by the other girl who was working and as I was leaving the same again, really bad customer service from this member of staff. Working in a customer service industry myself this really irritates me and I wasn't even given the basics from this girl! Iwould also like to say that staff need to be mindful that although there might not be any customers visible I was still in the Beaty treatment room and could hear their conversations which were unprofessional (this was between the two other members of staff and not Sophie) all in all I was happy with my results and my interaction and friendly service from Sophie but I probably wouldn't return as the other two members of staff really made me feel unwelcome from the get go.

fantastic massage done by experienced and very approachable masseuse. Highly recommend to anyone willing to get rid of tension post workout and to relieve body from accumulated tension. 5 star service. Will return definitely!
