I have not tried all body treatments available upon the menu but this place most definitely is exceeding expectations when it comes to body massage. Professionalism and client oriented/focused attitude. Highly recommend the visit.

Me and my partner visited the salon and I need to say that is the cleanest salon in Richmond. We have been to many different places but here is visible that staff pays attention to sterilise and keep the rooms tidy. The therapists were very helpful, professional and pleasant. I had a massage with Justina, it was better that in 5 stars SPA where we have been last time but instead of paying £200 I paid just £90 for 90 minutes. My wife had a facial done and she said Sophie is the best beautician ever. We recommend this salon, finally we found a professional treat in Richmond what we was looking for.

I find getting my nails filed by someone else really unpleasant and I only get two week manicure when I absolutely have to i.e. weddings/events at work. But they lady did a really good job and especially with me tensing my hands up when she filed my nails. The manicure itself looks great and I would come back again for another.

The setting could have been much better e.g.airier and less cramped. The masseur (Sophie) worked her socks off to compensate.
