Great service, great place and atmosphere, loved Justina! She is very knowledgeable, considerate, and offers the best service! Will come back again.
Treatment by Justina•Swedish Massage
The massage itself was good, and the masseuse was friendly, but the salon is poor. The treatment room was more like a cramped storage room and the table was not comfortable. She couldn't walk easily around the table. Also, it's hard to relax when you can hear every word from the people getting their hair washed immediately outside the door (the salon is underneath a hairdresser). Not relaxing.
Swedish Massage
Barbara and the receptionist were unfriendly, perhaps they are just miserable people in general but does not make for a welcoming or pleasant atmosphere. Surprisingly, the pedicure was done well. I’ve found a much joyful alternative salon to do my pedicures in future.
Pedicure
Cyro consultation for 20 minutes. Should not be a service. Charge £20 for a service that turned out its not a consultation or a patch test. Would remove this off your services list as showing photos of other work done and explaining it would take 90minutes is something one could have read online!
Not the beauticians fault but whoever included this as a service for £20. When it not a proper consultation and lasted 5 minutes to realise that you need to book a full session.
