Very disappointing and unprofessional service received. The eyebrow technician was very thorough when waxing my eyebrows, however, she persuaded me to get an allergy eyebrow test in case I wanted to return for an eyebrow tint. She put it on & said she’d be back in 5 mins. Well 15 mins went by and she hadn’t returned. I went out to find her, no one knew where she was and was very unhelpful to resolve the situation. On eventually leaving, I passed her having a cigarette outside. Won’t be returning
