The therapist did not understand English and so did not heed my warnings about my shoulder pain - when to go gently and when I wanted more pressure. Her phone was ringing through the treatment session as well even though I told her to turn it off. She also didn’t understand that I had a head massage booked and a foot massage and I never received either. It was honestly the worst service and a total waste of money! Go somewhere else!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a full body massage and I must say, it was truly an incredible experience! I would give it a 5-star rating without hesitation.
From the moment I entered My Spa Expert, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel comfortable.
My massage therapist was very professional and skilled, and she took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor the massage to my specific needs. Truly must have for anyone needing spa experience massage!

I booked a couple’s massage. Both ladies were professional. The treatment room was exceptionally small and cramped. The massage beds very joined together preventing a thorough massage. I booked a whole body massage for 1.5 hours yet my partner’s arms were not massaged at all, I had only one arm massaged. We did enjoy it nonetheless, but I wouldn’t recommend the place for a couples massage as they simply don’t have the facilities.
