Ray is extremely knowledgeable and actually recommended a slightly different treatment for me which has really helped me and also provided some information for help at home

Ray was very welcoming and friendly. He was able to teach me some stretches that work into the areas affected by my injury and his hour-long treatment means that I've now been pain-free for several days. I would recommend booking an assessment together with a treatment session as it was great to have 1 1/2 to work out what caused the pain and then work to resolve it.
