Good consultation and treatment, very thorough and helped the trouble spots in shoulders and ankles feel better. Only downside was the gym music from the other room! Thanks.

I came for my first sports massage on Friday morning - Ray was really friendly and explained everything in detail. He's very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt a huge difference straight after the session and I am still feeling the differences now. I will definitely be back.
