I had initially booked the wrong massage but Nick talked me through any issues and suggested the correct massage for me. I had a sports massage and although it hurt at the time I felt like a new person the next day! My back feels straighter and I feel a lot less tense. I will definitely be back!

I was waiting around in the empty reception area,until after my appointment was supposed to have begun. The therapist called stating they missed my booking, but could book me in the next evening at the same time, which I agreed to. The next day I was texted to say that the therapist couldn’t make the booking anymore. I also had to chase them for my refund. I was told I would get a complimentary 45min session to make up for all of this mess, so texted to book in and have been completely ignored.
