I was waiting around in the empty reception area,until after my appointment was supposed to have begun. The therapist called stating they missed my booking, but could book me in the next evening at the same time, which I agreed to. The next day I was texted to say that the therapist couldn’t make the booking anymore. I also had to chase them for my refund. I was told I would get a complimentary 45min session to make up for all of this mess, so texted to book in and have been completely ignored.

Fabulous experience and squeezed me in last minute even when it meant the therapist returning to the office after they had left for the day. Will definitely be back
