Booking and rescheduling was easy. I have commitments with work and had to.change a few times. The oddest part of my experience was that i had indicated on a phone call that i wanted a dark chocolate brown colour and assumed i would select this once at my appt..instead they had already made up the colour and when i questioned this i was accused of being angry and made to feel like this was normal. I have never been to a salon whether a new or old one without getting to look at sample. Happy but odd
