Unfortunately the therapist seemed unaware of my appointment and although my time had already been pushed back three quarters of an hour from what I'd booked via the app, I still had to wait another 45 minutes at least - not ideal. There was also a holdup during my drying session, but in the end I was really pleased with the end result.

Absolutely lovely environment. They girls were very caring and warming on arrival as well as making you feel comfortable during your experience. I will be returning in 4 weeks.
