I've been going to MyTime Therapy for several years and have always had great service no matter what treatment I have had. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Always willing to help and go "the extra mile"
I arrived on time. Greeted by therapist but not invited to take a seat. Treatment started 10 minutes late no apology. Treatment took well in excess of the stated time. Afterwards told I was given the wrong facial a more expensive one than I had booked. Was told I had a "double whammy" and they wouldn't charge me the extra!!
Facial was quite amateur not using hot flannels and performed using sponges. Really disappointing compared to numerous other places I've been.
I am new to the area and i was desperate to find a local but decent salon for my haircuts. This place ha good reviews, so i thought i would give it a try. I wasnt dissapointed. Its convieniant for me to get too and i had a great experience here, the staff were friendly and i was more than happy with my cut afterwards. The salon is relaxing, and i rebooked for my next cut. I would highly reccommend.
