Treatment of mani and pedi took 3 hours which delayed my next appointment. The finished look was a bit lumpy and my nails have chipped already. Nails don’t look too professional, I’ve had better and not worth £40... great customer service, therapist was lovely but I won’t be back.

Staff very nice and knowledgable. I found the massage not as firm as I would like. But would like to try the other services like for eyebrows etc.

I have been going to Simmy for the past 3years. She is one of the best beautician I have ever had . She is such a lovely lady and always booking me in last minute when needed. She explains things perfectly no matter what it is.
