the staff were lovely but i had to ask many times when my appointment will start .the therapist was late 20 min ,good waxing treatment but she left some hair inside for 12 pounds that i paid it was ok but no for more.

I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend. I attended several times and each time they were running late and each time the lashes fell out very quickly. They are not individually glued either.
