Happy with leg wax.
Not happy to be kept waiting 20 minutes (without any explanation as to why) after appointment time. When I asked why appointments were running late I was told the lady before me arrived an hour late for her appointment but was still taken and between the 2 staff they had managed to catch up time so I was taken only 20 mins late. I had another appointment to get to and was worried I wouldn't make it.

Had my nails done by Serena lovely girl! Very relaxing experience! Salon lovely and clean! All the girls very friendly whilst I was waiting! Serena made a great job of my nails! Will definitely be back!
