Nice and friendly people - but extremely painful treatment of the hair, pulling and brushing. It wasn’t intentional but I could feel and hear hair breaking off and ripping.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Runa was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced.
The waxing process was quick and surprisingly painless. She took the time to shape my brows perfectly, making sure they suited my face shape.

The salon was accommodating during my time there. Ryan needs much more training cutting mens hair before he should be allowed to cut another clients. He was not confident using either the shears or scissors and I had to get my hair fixed elsewhere.

I have been going to Anna for a while now. She does it exactly the way I like it, the shape is perfect and beautifully done. Highly recommend.
