I booked two haircut appointment one for my friend and one for myself, I’m heavily pregnant and had to leave work early in this heat to get to the appointment, only to be told once I arrived there’s no one available to cut my hair!! The person who does the haircut has left work for the day, I got no communication to say they’re going to cancel the appointment or anything of the sort! The worst ever non existent service received!! I’m gutted.

I love my haircut! Irina was really helpful in explaining what my hair needed and how we could make it look great when it’s natural (curly) and straight. She was also super precise in making sure it was evenly cut. Will definitely be coming back.
