I just had my LVL treatment with Runa, and it was a lovely experience! She made me feel so comfortable, explaining each step and ensuring I was at ease throughout. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made it super relaxing, and the results are stunning - my lashes look beautifully lifted and natural! She’s professional, friendly and truly cares about her clients. The salon is lucky to have her and I’ll definitely be back because of her!
