I came yesterday to do my pedicure and upper lip, and unfortunately I got a burn from the wax. The area is still red and sore (I’m sending you a photo). I wanted to let you know because it’s quite painful and I’m a bit disappointed. I’d really appreciate a refund or a complimentary treatment
