The beautician waxed my upper lip without enough care, despite knowing how thin and sensitive the upper lip skin is. She was rough in her application and hair removal and as a result large amounts of my skin was removed from my upper lip. I have wounds above my lip and I am going on holiday in a few days. I am now concerned my face may be scarred during my holiday due to her lack of care.
