Always a pleasure to be seen by Ana—she is fantastic, and I highly recommend her work. However, I’ve been disappointed by my recent experience with the salon’s customer service. It seems there are new employees who lack the courtesy and professionalism expected when handling phone inquiries. Unfortunately, I found their approach to be dismissive, and it’s disheartening to feel like my concerns weren’t addressed. Given this, I’m sad to say that I won’t be returning to this salon.
