I don’t know if this is standard in the UK but they didn’t soak my nails before trimming my cuticles meaning they weren’t soft enough to trim neatly. It wasn’t neat and she also cut me. Not once did I see her clean her tools before or after and I think she put the same stick back after using it. The manicure wasn’t evenly applied, leading to thicker tips that didn’t dry evenly & chipped easily. She also didn’t manage my expectations well (told me it would only take 30 min? It took over an hr)
