I could hear someone on Facetime on speaker outside of the treatment room, which was a little distracting.
Overall though, this was a great experience as usual, and I'll definitely be booking with Nidia and MyBeautyHub again.

Such an amazing service!! Hard to find a good and reasonably priced BIAB along in London who produce great nails. Ana was so attentive and ensured the nail art was precisely what I wanted. Really recommend for anyone looking for a friendly shop who can produce beautiful French-tip Biabs!!

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! Worse manicure and removal I’ve ever had, Ive studied beauty and nails and the girl does NOT know how to use the drill properly let alone do sage removals! I told her many times please be careful and she didn’t care less kept hurting my nail! And any nail technician knows that in removals clients nails are extra SENSITIVE and probably a little tender due to the acrylic/gel wear and you have to be extra careful! She didn’t care about my nail being hot when I told her over and over again that my nails may be a little thin and she done nothing but leaving my nails even more damaged, I literally had to CHECK her and tell her about herself and EXPLAIN to her how to do it PROPERLY cos it was so painful and it’s not rocket science! To be careful with someone’s nails! It’s NOT heart surgery! she was like a zombie not 1 care in the world! And didn’t give a shit about my feedback as I was trying to be compassionate as she may have been a trainee BUT NO pure ignorance and if you don’t like your job then LEAVE don’t vomit your misery onto others for your lack of ambition. You try and give people a chance to improve and they are just ignorant! Worse customer service I’ve ever had! The only good thing this salon has good going for them is Nidia The wax lady! you can feel the love she pours when she looks after you. In times like this we should expect people to go above and beyond on their customer service or just the professional minimum standards. My gel literally came off the next day because she doesn’t know how to do nails whatsoever! doesn’t understand difference in pressure and accuracy let alone nail care!! Embarrassing! this is why we go to our Asian sisters they may be fast but they are accurate and they may not make u feel like god sent but at least they don’t hurt you cos they appreciate you spending your money with them! Let this be a LEARNING curve and look at it how it should be dealt with not reacting from the ego.
