I had a hot stone massage by Runa. She was wonderful - I've had a few different treatments by her and she is welcoming and cares that I have a good experience each time. This is why I return. The hot stone massage was fantastic for reliving stress and tension after an incredibly hard week. I will be returning for this again.

I booked with Nidia, who I trust, but arrived to find she no longer worked there and was not informed in advance. Ada, the replacement, lacked confidence and the service felt unprofessional. I had to hold my leg up during the pedicure, and hygiene standards were questionable. The atmosphere wasn’t relaxing, with staff eating noisily at reception. I was also asked to pay via a personal account due to a broken card machine. Overall, very disappointing.
