Sophia doesn’t have enough experience as a hairdresser. While I was at the saloon she received one complain about hair colour from another client.
I asked for haircut and fringe cut. She didn’t even know how to cut properly the fringe.
She had even problem to blowdry my hair.
No ofense but I think she needs a professional course and lots of practice.
I came back to the saloon after 5 months, i had different stylist before , who cut my hair fabulous.
I will not come back. Don’t recommen

While the eyebrow treatment was great and I am extremely pleased with the result the nail extension appointment went terribly. It was late by 30 mins, took 20-30 mins longer than stated on the app, the shape was a mess and now the gel has peeled in less than a week(never seen gel peel from acrylic before), I did not even really have the chance to ask for a fix as there was already another client waiting for 30 mins and the technician was rushing, which I believe was the issue.
