I am sorry I am gonna be that person who leaves a bad review but I came for a wash, haircut and blowdry. I just asked for my to be trimmed, which is what I have got but, I paid online 28 pounds and I had to pay 22 pounds extra services (that hasn’t been clearly explained to me) when I left. I think that’s a bit too much and not very honest practices. I left the salon quite disappointed, so no I won’t book there again and will not recommend, sorry, :(

The hairdresser was lovely, and I’m really pleased with the haircut. Thank you. Next time I would prefer to have my hair cut by someone who didn’t have such long nails though, as it didn’t feel nice
I came to Edinburgh to attend a wedding, so I had no idea where I could go for a guaranteed good blow dry. I wanted somewhere close to where I was staying which is how I came across Myles hairdressing. After I read the reviews already online I felt re-assured and booked. I booked with the senior director there, Gem, and so glad I did. Her experience is evident and her manner is warm and attentive. I was extremely pleased with the blow dry and would certainly go again. No reservations in recommending Gem.
Love my new hairstyle! All the staff were super attentive especially James. Can’t wait to go back!
