I came to my appointment anxious and a bit traumatised from a previous haircut at DIFFERENT salon but India listened to me and understood my worries completely and what I really appreciated was at each step, she continued to explain what she was going to do and made sure I was happy with each step. I’m so much happier with my hair now and will definitely be back knowing I can trust India. Thank you again!
