I felt well looked after. There was a high level of attention paid to every step of the process: customer service, hygiene, consultation, advice, and of course the massage itself. The different distinct stages of the massage helped relieve some tension from my back as well as being relaxing - aided by the tranquil setup of the room. Overall, it felt like everything had been well considered and thought out.
