I've been at the salon twice. The first time the lady forgot to do part of my top leg, but since I have light-coloured hair I thought it could be a genuine mistake (it happens!).
Second time though she didn't do the Hollywood properly. Too much hair missed, and it was quite painful (I've been waxing for 10 years). Unfortunately, will not be going back. It's a good price but quality is just not worth it. Sorry :-(

Unfortunately, the worst Hollywood waxing experience I’ve ever had. Ozlem was very nice but clearly couldn’t be bothered with waxing. The whole process was rushed and I still have lots of hair left.
