Honestly got out of there looking like a dog, the lady didn’t even bother on asking me how I was feeling about the hair, just went straight to attend another costumer. Had to go home and fix myself

Ozlem was very lovely and attentive. She helped advise me on what she thought would look best and I am very pleased with the outcome of my highlights. A previous haircut had left my hair lopsided and she kindly fixed this for me too.
