Ozlem understood perfectly how I wanted my hair and was able to achieve it after other hairdressers saying it wouldn't be possible.
Definitely found a salon I can keep going too!

Sadly although the ladies were lovely, I didn't feel very protected from any germs that could be flying around; no face masks, gloves were put on after the treatment (wax) began and the room didn't seem clean.
