The studio was not very clean. The towel was damp and dirty after previous use and left a stain on my dress. The lady didn’t use gloves and it felt very unhygienic. I also tried to explain the lady that I had a scar after childbirth at the place of waxing, but she didn’t speak english very well and didn’t understand what I said. Unfortunately, I can’t give any positive feedback and will not use this studio again.

Ozlem was excellent. She really listened to what I wanted & looked at my reference pictures. I am so pleased with the colour & have had so many compliments already. Excellent!
