I have long thick hair and I usually hate to go to hairdressers, I always sit there for hours. Ozlem knew how to handle my hair and was very fast and great! So happy with my new short haircut. Definitely coming back.

Very nice lady but waxing at a low standard. Covering on the bed was not clean and the towel was damp.
Strip wax technique left me very red and bruised due to pulling the wax in the wrong direction as opposed to in the direction of the hair growth. Appointment was late too.
