My first time at this place and I’m afraid I have mixed feelings unfortunately. I was very satisfied with both bikini and leg waxing, the service was friendly and punctual, and the waxing very thorough and virtually pain free. Probably one of the best waxing I’ve had in West London. However the therapist did not wear a mask during the treatment, as she’s exempt due to a medical condition... And the lady at reception did not wear a mask either, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.
So nothing but praises about the excellent treatment, however in this pandemic times, I find not wearing a mask in a beauty salon unacceptable. Just something to be aware of.

I had my first facial cleansing and I was delighted. Justyna was very attentive and delicate with my skin, she informed me about the entire procedure. she also did my eyebrows and they were incredible, without any doubt I will repeat, 💯 recommended
