However, my experience in this salon was completely unsatisfactory. The room where the wax took place looked unprofessional, and in need of a deep cleaning. On top of it, it was a cold November day and there was no heating on! I was freezing, The wax was sub par, leaving me with still lots of hairs. I had to point that out, so that she could go on those areas again, Never ever again!
