I was really pleased with the end result and my therapist was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend an eyebrow appointment here.

The therapy floor and downstairs was very clean and well decorated.
Staff were friendly enough, but it is obviously this is a very clique-y establishment where non-regulars are not made to feel welcome.
The owner was smoking with the door open and the entire floor stank of smoke - which was completely unprofessional, especially for a beauty establishment.
Didn't really rate the experience even though the manicure was a job well done.

Disappointing experience ... The nail therapist was unprofessional and the attitude of the owner was a bit concerning, she told me off when I was taking time to choose my nail colour. The nail therapist was commenting on the colour of my skin when she is the same ethnicity as me. I have never had such a bad experience in any salon. The only amicable person was abi who was initially supposed to be my therapist unfortunately I was given the other one. The manicure was average and the massage was flimsy.
