Disappointing experience ... The nail therapist was unprofessional and the attitude of the owner was a bit concerning, she told me off when I was taking time to choose my nail colour. The nail therapist was commenting on the colour of my skin when she is the same ethnicity as me. I have never had such a bad experience in any salon. The only amicable person was abi who was initially supposed to be my therapist unfortunately I was given the other one. The manicure was average and the massage was flimsy.
As always, amazing service! I have been going to MYZ for a while now and love it every time. I really struggled when I first moved to London as I couldn’t find many places doing hot wax. Maryam offers the absolute best and would go to the moon and back for her clients. She and her team are always wonderful, kind and professional. The place is always extremely clean and they put a lot of emphasis on hygiene, which is very reassuring. The service is fantastic and I always end up staying a little longer for a chat and a latte.
I strongly recommend MYZ.

I found out about Myz on this Treatwell and it has been 7 months I am coming here! I can definitely say that it was a lovely surprise and I would never change this place! Girls are amazing, passionate about their job and able to make you feel so special. I have already had plenty of treatments here manicure, pedicure, massage, wax... What to say? I wouldn't change anything! A little gem in the heart of Notting Hill!
