Kept waiting for 10mins (having arrived 15 mins early for 11:30am appt as requested), so didn't start treatment until 11:40am.
Treatment excellent and would definitely rebook. French BIAB was expensive but excellent, especially if it lasts 3-4 weeks. Thank you Olga, you were great.
