My appointment was moved due to staff sickness, fair enough, these things happen. When I arrived at the altered time, I was told there wasn't time to have done what I had booked. I said that I didn't want to pay for something that wasn't what I wanted, so suggested I go away and rebook for another day. I was reassured that in fact, it could be done. It couldn't be, my nails were rushed and the quality was very poor, and I ended up paying the full price anyway. Bad service, I recommend avoiding!
