Kelly rushed the biab removal and did not adequately removed the biab from all my nails. She also rushed to file my nails down leaving harsh scratches all over my nails alongside the unremoved biab. I was then rushed out. I am very disappointed with the services despite getting biab overlay at this store on a few occasions. I won't be returning

Had literally just moved to the area and booked last minute on Treatwell, and I could not have had a more positive experience. Kelly was so lovely, and the gel manicure she did was immaculate; so glad to have found this place!
