I don't usually like my feet being touched, and have been known to be quite squeamish at other salons. But Lucy puts me at ease, and makes the service something I am able to enjoy.

Excellent experience having my gel nail polish removed. The technician took all the time needed and was very careful (using acetone and not a drill) after my nails had previously been damaged by technician at a different nail salon using a drill.
