The day open salon from lockdown . Went this salon and cut my hair and make highlights.my Hair is shiny and silky. Hilly recommend.
Humaira wasn't there a guy who's name begins with A ruined my hair. Explained what I wanted, very clearly. Offered a hair mask treatment for £5 then changed it to £10. Cut my hair and dried it, I asked if he would do layers now. He denied me asking but the manager overhead & backed me up. He said no, make another appointment to do it. Very upsetting, my hair looks ridiculous and I now have to get it fixed. He was rude, said "English women don't know what they want" and stormed out.Do not go here

Unfortunately, the staff member that did my haircut seemed very flustered/confused and did not seem to know quite what he was doing. Clumsy haircut. I did not feel confident or comfortable at all in his hands and only let him do the bare minimum so that I could go somewhere else to get the haircut I’d like.

I was really happy with my haircut and repair treatment and the stylist was really friendly. However I double checked the website and treatment is £35 and I paid £50. It was my first experience in a hairdresser in London, and I trusted them when they offered me the treatment and the price that I was told with no doubt (I couldn't see any price list). I texted them regarding this and I am waiting for an answer.
Overall is a nice result, but I would suggest to cross check prices.
