I had an amazing and relaxing time. Staff was welcoming and greeted me warm! Thai Combination massage is definitely their signature; I would come back there again!

Great location within walking distance of Harrods, V&A and natural history museum. Massage was lovely and relaxing but didn’t have sore muscles/ knots were still there the next day

Although the staff at this salon were very friendly and efficient, we were left quite disappointed by the massage itself. We booked the couples 'relaxing' massage, however neither of the masseurs asked me and my friend how the pressure was when they started so we ended up feeling more like we had been lightly stroked rather than massaged. The massage was far too soft and we didn't leave with any of the satisfaction you feel from having had a good massage. It's a real shame because it was a birthday treat for us and we had been looking forward to it all week. We really regretted not saying anything at the time but neither of us wanted to speak out and ruin the other person's relaxation and I guess we were hoping the massage would become deeper as we went along.
One other negative was that the salon is underneath a hairdressers so you can hear the hairdryers going while you are in the waiting area and while we were having our massage a lady was outside the room shouting to other staff members about emptying bins. Rather spoilt the ambience.
