Low key and gets the job done. Nails always look great and last long. Not a super relaxing or luxurious experience, but treatments are much better value than elsewhere in the area.
After my terrible customer service experience today I won't be coming back to N Spa. I've been to N Spa a couple of times for a Brazilian wax with a discount voucher and each time it has been fine - the customer service has been fine and the girl has done an okay job. The main reason I have come back is because it is cheap for the area and a convenient location.
I booked an appointment for 10am (via e-mail because for some reason they don't have an online booking system...) and confirmed this with them. When I turned up this morning however, they had double booked - first telling me I was wrong and then when I showed the e-mail, telling me the next available appointment was 10:30 and I'd have to wait. I needed to get this wax this morning and wasn't able to leave and come back , so I had to wait. No one apologised to me for the inconvenience when they realised their mistake. I had my wax and again, the girl tried to tell me that I had booked the appointment for 10:30... I hadn't. She was very abrupt and has not done a very good job - she was very rushed and there are areas she has missed. When the treatment was finished, I went to pay, and asked for some sort of compensation for the fact that I had to wait. The manager/owner pretty much laughed in my face and told me it was ridiculous to suggest that. She then continued to argue with me when I explained the situation and tried to tell me that I shouldn't have booked an appointment on the day of taking a flight! I don't know about anyone else, but offering time management skills to your clients is very unprofessional if you ask me.
All in all, they did a rushed job which was poor and there was no attempt to try and apologise for their mistake. I won't be returning.
