When we walked in , the staff was not friendly. We paid for Dermalogica ultimate relaxing pampering, but we were not impressed of the service. As the therapist applied musk twice and left room for ages.
In my experience , most of spa gives massage while I have musk on. Also we are convinced that the salon is NOT using Dermalogica products. As we use them so we know the smell and the product, but The product they used were definitely different and when I finished the facial , I didnt see hardly any Dermalogica products on the table. I felt ripped off and considering reporting to trading standard as they advertised as Dermalogica facial but certainly they didn't use the products. Never come back again!!
Classic Facials
Had the shellac treatment, nail had grown a little since last time, so went for a nude colour with a bit of shimmer, they look really nice and now have great shape. When I go back in 2 weeks, they'll be longer and nicer :)
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
I had facials before, but wanted a facial with extractions, so I booked for and paid for an 1.5hr session for what I received it would of been better if I only booked for 1/2 hr, the extractions was minimal, so I would only book a facial in future without extractions.

Fab pedicure! Wide range of colours and staff are lovely! Really pleased with the service and will be going back soon!
Shellac manicure was spot on, she said a great job as always. The facial was ok, quite painful extractions and I seemed to be left with the mask for much longer than normal, but once my face calmed down, it looked fine the following day.
