Cheaper deal advertised outside salon, rude receptionist, appointment started 15mins late even though they had already called and changed appointment time to 15minutes later. Given colour wheel to choose my colour, first 3 I chose they didn't have. I ended up with a colour I wasn't keen on, my nails were filed down very low, they didn't ask me what length I would like. Would not recommend. Very bad experience, not helped by rude receptionist

Super salon with excellent customer service as very good value for money. Would highly recommend to friends and a good selection of colours to choose from for my nails. Will definately be going back again.

I am very happy to have found this salon in West Kensington. The service was great, and the value is really good for London. I will definitely be making N.Spa my regular salon from now on.

Did the job but staff were a bit rude and not very welcoming. Clean environment at least but all in all pretty disappointing.

Very friendly staff, ran on time and good value. I found the wax to be too hot though and they left bits of wax on my skin. Overall ok.
