Haven't had a facial for a while and the beautician was really helpful and asked me lots of questions about my skin type and how Iook after my skin, then she gave me tips on how to improve it. My facial included the extraction (getting rid of blackheads) which I've never had before, but she did it quickly and as pain free as possible. Lovely staff, will defitnitley return soon.

Beware that the address is a bit misleading if you try to locate the salon using a smartphone as Google maps can't locate North End Parade, just stick to the North End Road when you turn right out of the station. I was ten mins late for my appointment as a result of my phone dying & no one nearby seemed to heave heard of North End Parade (poor planning on my part!) but the staff at the salon were pleasant when I arrived despite the fact I was late. However I was then kept waiting another 20 mins at Reception without any explanation which made me a bit uneasy as I had a train to catch - but in fairness I was late too so can't really complain. It's not the most luxurious salon in the world and the waxing room downstairs is basic, but that doesn't really bother me if the wax is good (having had several awful waxes in torture chambers decorated with candles and fluffy white towels in the past...) N.Spa gave hands down one of the best waxes I've ever had! Can't remember the name of the lovely Polish(?) girl who gave me the Brazilian Hot Wax but I can honestly say it's the best I've had in the UK. Really quick, thorough & as pain-free as a wax can be. I have sensitive skin and generally always react to waxes afterwards but I had no reaction at all. Highly recommended if you just want a brilliant wax from someone who knows exactly what she's doing!

For the money this is good, I had a 1h deep tissue massage for £37,50, friendly staff, very relaxing, tiny massage room but nice sea/nature sounds cd on, very relaxing, although massage table doesn't have the whole to put your face in, which is a shame cause your neck is twisted the whole time. I don't know if I would go back though cause with a bit more money you get something amazing like a scrub and massage at spa nk which is dreamy.
