I bought a manicure/pedicure deal. I was very much looking forward to it and got there a few minutes early. After a relatively cold greeting in a poorly ventilated, small salon I sat down to begin the pedicure. I pointed out some discoloration on one of my nails from a recent infection, she informed me that the pedicure could not be done to prevent spread of infection (she informed me that although all of the equipment is sterilized, it is just an extra precaution). I, however, could buy a nail polish and they'd paint my toenails with it. I refused and asked just to have the manicure. I understood completely and none of this would have bothered me until she said that she has to call Wahanda to refund my purchase, and then I would have to pay full price for the manicure. They would not honor the original 22% off discount of the manicure/pedicure combination. The full price for the manicure was nearly as much as the deal I would have gotten on Wahanda. I left requesting a refund and without having my nails done. Terrible experience.

Didn't enjoy really:( cold and in the basement. Not a great service didn't get that special feeling . The place was not high end and decor a bit clinical looking if you know what I mean. !

I'd never had threading before and I can't say I will be a regular. My skins seems to prefer waxing. However I will be regularly returning to N. Spa now that I've discovered it! I fully enjoyed my experience; lovely therapists and a warm reception.
Facial Threading
The eyelash extensions offer is attractive in terms of it's price but I'm not impressed with the result. I needed a dramatic look, with curled long full lashes but the ones I have now having done the extensions at N.Spa are quite straight and do not give the right volume and do not have a curl. They are not evenly applied and some therefore stick out more than others :(
To be fare I have tried a few places in London and the quality overall is quite poor - but with all fairness the lashes I have as a result of the procedure look nothing like the pictures advertised by the spa..:(
Eyelash Extensions
My manucure and pedicure are perfect! Very clean work, and it was quick as well. Really happy with the result - excellent value for money!
