Five stars all round. A lovely welcome, in a super relaxed atmosphere, with music videos on the screen. The therapist had beautiful manners and when she needed to go and help someone else, she apologised, and then the owner of the salon came to actually paint my nails. That was Tuesday, today is Sunday and I shall only be taking it off today. Amazing. Superb quality. For a mani to last more than 2 days on me is a miracle as usually it chips within a day. I stayed to let it dry, and was just observing the salon, and there's something very special about this place, it's very relaxed, yet totally professional, clean and even clinical. I highly recommend it. I am going to get a Shellac mani this week !

The spa itself is on the small side, and the therapy room was adequate. Facial itself was spot on, Mass was very professional.
Classic Facials
I went here for a Shellac manicure which has come out nicely. The girls at the salon were welcoming and friendly, however there are a few things which I do not normally see happen at nail salons:
1. My cuticles were only sprayed with before work began on them whereas usually the fingers are kept dipped in liquid until they are ready so that cuticles they are really softened up
2. I was asked to get up and wash my hands at the sink after the nails were filed which is something I have never experienced during a manicure before and this took away from the pampering / relaxing experience
3. I was offered hand lotion at the end to apply on my hands myself (very kindly) but again this is something which I would usually expect to be done for me as part of the manicure itself.
Overall it was an okay experience, the manicure is fine and staff here is nice but unfortunately due to the above, I found that the whole experience was not as pampering or enjoyable as it could have been. For this reason I probably would not go back.

My facial with Mass was excellent as always, my skin is so much better after it. Looking forward to my next
Classic Facials
Very nice massage, I got very relaxed. I was asked which area of my back i thought i needed more pressure on ( shoulders in my case) and she worked more on that. I will definitely go back.
