My mum and I visited as a treat and it was such a lovely experience. The only negative was that there was a regular customer there who completely took over the salon shouting at the top of her voice about her diary and when she could fit in certain treatments. This went on for almost 30 minutes throughout her treatments and was very irritating!! No fault of staff or salon and they dealt with it as best they could in a professional manner

I had a pedicure with Gel polish on 23rd Jane, 2 1/2 weeks later it still looks great. The girls at NSpa really looked after me as always - it was a pleasant relaxing experience and I will definitely be going there again soon :-)

overall was pleased and would return. i'm not sure how they clean the equipment. they sprayed it with something which i assume was a disinfectant.
