I hate writing bad reviews but I cannot describe how bad this treatment was, I wish I could attach pictures to prove my point.
I have had LVL done before and always left with a fantastic result, this time around though the treatment lasted around 15 minutes, it COMPLETELY failed to lift my lashes and moreover the smell of ammonia was on my face all day. It was an unbearable smell, worse than anything I have experienced before, so headache inducing.
This was like booking a blow dry and a salon putting you in a room for your hair to airdry and charging you for it.
Here is the worst part! I washed my face the next day and 15 lashes fell out. I cannot convey how horrific this experience was for me. I have gaps between my eyelashes now.
I tried to contact the venue through opening a dispute through treatwell but they refused to refund me.
AVOID for LVL. No curl, eyelash fallout, horrible chemical smell (some smell is normal but this was so intense!)
I did not mention anything at the time because 1) I was so shocked that they actually believed they made any difference to my eyelashes. 2) I was probably high from the chemical smell. 3) the lady who did my eyelashes was actually REALLY sweet and kind, she just didn't know what she was doing.
Lash Lift
I upgraded to dermalogica facial for £10 extra because the products are better - skin felt brand new and Mary was so lovely and knowledgeable! Couldn’t recommend more!
Classic Facials
Very good treatment, room very small but that is to be expected for London!
