There really isn't a good atmosphere in the salon. The receptionist barely greeted me and and sat txting on her phone. The beautician wasn't ready for me because she was eating lunch. Overall It felt very unprofessional. Cheap but not so cheerful!

The 'Dermalogica Deep Cleansing facial with extractions & massage' treatment does NOT include a massage. It should be renamed to "Extractions with a facial scrub and mask" as 85% of the treatment was extractions and the rest was a mask and scrub/cleansing. The therapist was nice, the salon seemed OK however my skin reacted badly to the deep extractions and is still recovering from the acne scarring and redness which was caused by this (it has been a week). Would not recommend if you have sensitive and (adult) acne prone skin.
